Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Hoffman: Page 1, line 5, after "for" (title amendment): Insert "the bulk fuel systems upgrade program and for" Page 4, after line 24: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 7. The sum of $35,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Community and Regional Affairs for the bulk fuel systems upgrade program." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Representative Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
